Snow Day

by

Today is December 13th and we are getting our first real snow of the season. And it is coming down fast and heavy. Unlike the rest of New England, the Cape doesn’t get much snow, so when we do, everyone panics! They close schools, offices, shops. Everyone runs home to hide. But the upside of that is, everything is beautiful. It becomes quiet and white. Perfect for snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Or even better for finding a quiet bar or restaurant to enjoy homemade soup in and talk about how great the Patriots are doing. So come on down. Don’t let a little white stuff scare you. The shops and restaurants are open and welcoming.
