Barnstable Village Fourth of July parade, 9 a.m. Monday, commences at County Complex on Railroad Avenue, proceeds down Main Street (Route 6A), left onto Mill Way, continues to Village Hollow where it ends for various activities. Presented by Barnstable Village Civic Association and West Barnstable Civic Association.

Star Spangled Weekend, St. Mary’s Church, Route 6A, Barnstable Village. Monday: Short prayer service in church gardens, 8:15 a.m., followed by procession of church’s God Bless America float to staging area behind courthouse; the Rev. Mark Anschutz will lead procession and Blessing of the Floats.

Fireworks cruises, 6:30 p.m. Monday, Barnstable Harbor, Barnstable Village. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Complimentary appetizers sandwiches and desserts. Cash bar. $65. Reservations: 508-362-6088 .

Chatham celebrates July Fourth at 9 a.m. Monday with a parade, “Let Freedom Ring.” along Main Street in Chatham center. The parade begins at the intersection of Shore Road and Main Street and proceeds down Main Street to Veterans’ Field. Judges will view entries along the staging area and at the reviewing stand on the lawn of the First United Methodist Church at Cross Street.

Fourth of July refreshment stand, 8 a.m. until end of parade Monday, First Congregational Church, Main Street at rotary, Chatham. Coffee, donuts, cold drinks, Italian ice.

Fourth of July pancake breakfast with Bourne Braves, 8-10 a.m. Monday, St. John’s Episcopal Church, 159 Main St., Sandwich. Also, get prime seating for Sandwich Fourth of July parade. Autograph opportunity for kids. $5. 508-737-4539 .

Twenty-fifth Annual Centerville Fourth of July Parade and Field Events, 10 a.m.-noon Monday, parade forms on grounds of Centerville Elementary School and proceeds up Bay Lane, turns right onto Bumps River Road, left onto Park Avenue, right onto Main Street and continues to Centerville Recreation Building for field events. Refreshments provided by Barnstable-Yarmouth Lions Club. Sponsored by Bay Lane PTA at Centerville Elementary School and Centerville Civic Association. 508-775-2980 .

Orleans parade, 10 a.m. Monday, Eldredge Park Way, rain or shine. The parade route goes down Eldredge Park Way, Route 6A, Main Street and Route 28 and back to Eldredge Park.

Falmouth Bike and Carriage Parade, 10 a.m. Monday, village green to Peg Noonan Park, Main Street, Falmouth Village.

Hyannisport parade, 11 a.m. Monday, begins at Hyannisport Post Office on Longwood Avenue, turns left onto Washington Avenue, right onto Lafayette Avenue, left onto Winchester Avenue, left onto Scudder Avenue and continues onto Dale Avenue to West Beach Club where it will end. Two-mile road race precedes parade at 9 a.m. at Hyannisport Post Office. Presented by West Beach Club.

Provincetown Fourth of July parade, 11 a.m. Monday, begins at Cape Inn and proceeds along Commercial Street until Franklin Street. 508-487-7097 .

Provincetown Fourth of July fireworks, dusk (9 p.m.) Monday, over Provincetown Harbor.

Cotuit parade, 11 a.m. Monday, begins at Cotuit Post Office and proceeds down School Street to Main Street to rear entrance of Cotuit Elementary School where it will end. Presented by Cotuit Civic Association.

Hyannis Parade “Family, Friends, Fun and Freedom,” 4 p.m. Monday, Main Street. Begins on Ocean and Main streets, turns left onto Main Street, left onto Sea Street and left onto South Street. Public parking on North Street. Parking ban from 2-6 p.m. on Main Street. Parade marshal: John Sullivan, retired Barnstable High School art and drama teacher. Free concert by Barnstable Town Band, 5:30-7 p.m., Hyannis Village Green. Also free concert by Cape Cod Conservatory Jazz Ensemble, 7 p.m.-dusk, Aselton Park, Ocean and South streets.

Town of Barnstable Fourth of July fireworks, Monday, shot off barge in Lewis Bay at dusk (9 p.m.), Hyannis. Main viewing locations at Aselton Memorial Park and Veteran’s Park Beach. Parking ban in effect south of South Street (Ocean Street, Old Colony Road, Gosnold Street and all streets off of Gosnold) from 5 p.m.-midnight. Parking available in North Street lots and town hall parking lot. No rain date.

Falmouth fireworks, approximately 8:45p.m. Monday, Falmouth Heights Beach, Grand Avenue.

Nantucket fireworks, 9 p.m. Monday, Jetties Beach.

Edgartown fireworks, 9 p.m. Monday, Edgartown Harbor.
