Acorn, butternut, kabocha, delicata—and pumpkins, of course. Join Gail Blakely as she takes you through new ways to savor these hard skinned, tough fleshed vegetables. We will go beyond roasting and braising, pureeing and stewing, and explore dishes such as beef with squash in curry, bulgur pilaf with pumpkin and raisins, and acorn squash and chorizo tart! $29 per person.
