SUNDAY

August 26, 2012

Good Morning!

It is a beautiful day so far, the sun is already shining, and the ocean is flat calm!  Very serene this morning.  We can’t believe it is almost September- and the kids are returning back to school!  If you couldn’t take a few days off during the summer months, come visit Cape Cod in September- it is still great weather and the water is warm enough to continue swimming (a heated pool at the resorts helps too!)  Plus the nights are cooler now, so you won’t be trying to sleep with all the humidity!  There are still plenty of events and activties going on through September so give us a call and book a stay with InnSeason Resorts!

Cape Cod Winery

August 13, 2012

Looking for something different to do on the Cape this year. Take a tour of Cape Cod Winery. And sample some of their wonderful wine.

The vineyard and winery were founded in 1994 to create premium wines. The vinifera grapevines are planted on a splendid site with sandy gravel soil and gentle slopes which are ideal for wine grape growing and parallel the great vineyards of southern France and northern Italy. The European wine grape varieties we have chosen are particularly suited to the special terroir of the Cape. Planted, to date, are the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Grigio, together with Seyval and Vidal. The extraordinary wines produced from these fruits reflect the very special character of Cape Cod sun, soil and climate that may be savored in each sip.

Wine tasting is $5 and includes a wine glass to take home with you. Cape Cod Winery tours are Summer Saturdays (July and August) at   2 pm.

Summer Hours are Wednesday through Sunday, June 20th through September 2nd 11-4 pm.
